Fuah
Fuah (FOO-ah) are the result of a union between human and one of the goblin races. These unions rarely have love and caring at the core, and the fuah are invariably abandoned by one or the other parent. The amer barbarians and the goblinoids both find fuah useful, however, and will adopt the half-goblin into the tribe. Fuah are superior fighters and tacticians, though they rarely lead a human tribe.
Personality: Half-goblins have the primal survival instincts of the goblins, and the cunning and inventiveness of the humans. Even the noblest fuah are masters at twisting circumstances to advance their own goals.
Physical Description: Fuah are between five and six feet tall, with plentiful dark hair, coarse, flat features, and tinted skin (most fuah have a blue, red, or purple cast to their skin). They have pronounced canine teeth. They dress in leather buckskins or armor, dyed or tinted red or black.
Relations: Fuah are not easily accepted by any race except bridge trolls, other fuah, and the goblin races. Gnomes, dwarves, and elves all hate fuah on account of their goblin heritage. Humans are slightly more accepting, but suspicious and inclined to think the worst of a half-goblin.
Alignment: Fuah accepted and raised as part of a tribe are usually lawful. Outcast fuah are chaotic.
Fuah Lands: The fuah have no lands of their own, though they form small ghettos in the large cities. They live in, and sometimes rule, the goblinoid tribes throughout the Reachlands.
Religion: Neutral fuah worship Tamati or Sindrym. Evil fuah worship Tamati, Umoth, Talabas, Urjin, Nevias, Kajalla, or Yilwyn, depending on their goals and desires.
Language: Fuah speak Goblin and Common.
Names: Fuah follow the naming customs of the culture they were raised in. Half-goblins raised as goblins and entering human society often take human names.
Adventurers: Many fuah seek out adventures as a way to earn respect and accumulate wealth. Their treatment in civilized human society often makes them outcasts, and dungeon-delving is one area they excel at. Other fuah find employment as mercenaries, thugs, thieves, or assassins.
