Avatar: Fighter 10 / Rogue 10 / Wizard 15

Ragavar appears as a deformed, twisted dragon, with legs and tails in the wrong areas, and a mouth with several tongues. He gibbers and drools, inflicting chaos and insanity on anything he touches. He may also incarnate as any sort of animal plagued with a maddening disease such as rabies.

Ragavar is the child of Orod and a dragon, and the half-brother of Catil. He was the first Dalerain born of the dragon race, as Catil was the first born of giants, and Oricant the first born of humans. Legends say he was rational and cunning, though deeply evil, in his early life, but unknown events threw him into deep madness from which he has no desire to recover. He acts to satisfy any wish or whim he has, but all his actions bring woe to mortal creatures. He has twice been imprisoned at the bottom of the Abyss; the Second Pronouncment of Te released his first bonds, and he slew Bethios, then god of the sun, before being confined a second time. His priests receive spells and powers as usual, but he cannot manifest in the Wyrld until he is freed again.

Ragavar is worshipped only by the insane or those seeking to have or create insanity. He is placated by anyone who fears madness, or must deal with it regularly. He does not have an organized priesthood or religion; each individual forms their own rituals and offerings as seems appropriate to them.
